SALES/MARKETING EXECUTIVES

ROLE:
  • To ensure the smooth and effective running of client business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Action, manage and monitor diaries
  • Screen telephone calls and take messages
  • Monitor all emails and correspondence and ensure they are actioned effectively and appropriately
  • Respond to emails as directed
  • Draft letters/reports as directed
  • Arrange internal and external meetings as directed
  • Advise the team of decisions as directed and whether their input is required
  • Liase closely with the team and advisors to the team to ensure requests are actioned promptly and answers given to the relevant person within deadlines
  • Attend any relevant meetings to understand the issues and accurately record and action follow up requirements
  • Manage/mentor junior members of the team
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
  • Attendance, punctuality, accuracy, quality and timeliness of agreed outputs
  • Teamwork and deportment
  • Accuracy and efficiency vis-à-vis management of diaries, actioning emails and correspondences, arranging meetings, etc.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
  • Organised and able to prioritise work
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written (English and Thai)
  • Needs to be able to multi task

REPORTING STRUCTURE:
  • Reports to the Managing and Deputy Managing Directors

MONTHLY SALARY: 25,000THB – 45,000THB depending on experience plus bonus/commission and benefits


INTERNS

ROLE:
  • To support in the smooth and effective running of all aspects of the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Action, manage and monitor diaries
  • Screen telephone calls and take messages
  • Monitor all emails, correspondence and administration and ensure they are actioned effectively and appropriately
  • Respond to emails as directed
  • Draft letters/reports as directed
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Arrange internal and external meetings as directed
  • Advise the team of decisions as directed and whether their input is required
  • Liase closely with the team and advisors to the team to ensure requests are actioned promptly and answers given to the relevant person within deadlines
  • Attend any relevant meetings to understand the issues and accurately record and action follow up requirements
  • Maintain/manage office, stationary/supplies
  • Organise travel arrangements as directed
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
  • Attendance, punctuality, accuracy, quality and timeliness of agreed outputs
  • Teamwork and deportment
  • Accuracy and efficiency vis-à-vis management of diaries, actioning emails and correspondences, arranging meetings, etc.
