Thailand Circuit Motorsport Complex gears up for an exciting motorsport season.
With outdoor sports venues now back on track, Thailand Circuit Motorsport Complex is getting ready for a season full of activity following a slump in schedule due to COVID-19. Working closely with the local Department of Disease Control in Nakhorn Chaisri, Nakhorn Prathom, the Sport Authority of Thailand (SAT) and the Motorcycle Sport Association of Thailand (MSAT), the complex is perfectly positioned to kickstart the motorsports industry, develop new talent, and support secondary markets such as sports events, sports tourism and research and development.
To kick things off, the FMSCT’s Motorcycle National Championship is back on track, with events taking place already in early October. The FMSCT Thailand Road Racing 2021, Round 2 is also scheduled on Sunday 24 October 2021, the road to MotoGP racing pathway for Thai riders based on the racing league.
Certified by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) standards for road racing circuits, Thailand Circuit Motorsport Complex features a 2.5 kilometres long, 12-15 metres wide 13-turn track, as well the FIM Motorcross World Champion Track where the annual ThaiMXGP is held. The complex is Thailand's premier motorsports venue, regularly hosting both local and international events.
